IPL

They are not lasers, but Intense Pulsed Light, or IPL, machines can have harmful effects on the skin and eyes. Otherwise it might be called "wishy-washy pulsed light", or WWPL.
Both the average power and energy of each IPL shot should be measured periodically to ensure proper operation.

 

No one wants to burn their client in the salon, right? We can provide IPL system developers, manufacturers and users with an inexpensive, but not low-cost, IPL power and energy meter.
 

The MLP-Fit-IPL-R consists of a handheld probe attached to the control electronics and display. Thus the sensor is connected to the electronics by a cable which makes it very easy to use and is ideal for maintenance technicians or for the IPL machine owner himself.

 

For manufacturers and calibration and repair centers, the model that connects to our MLP-PLUS-2 meter may be more suitable.

 

Please note, these sensors are NOT valid for measuring lasers. Most likely the sensor will burn out and although it may continue to function outside the burned area, it cannot be recalibrated and the IPL power and energy sensor will have to be replaced.

 

All these products have a 3-year warranty.
